Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressive sales or account management experience.
  • Experience within the consumer products industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage complex business relationships.
  • Ability to travel regularly (domestic and/or international).
  • Ability to manage multiple competing demands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales strategy for assigned national retailers and distribution channels.
  • Establish and manage business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify new product introduction opportunities and grow channel penetration.
  • Prepare strategic plans and evaluate sales performance.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development and pricing.
  • Manage price quote processes and sales administration.
  • Support demand planning and participate in S&OP meetings.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and customer events.
  • Assist with business unit budget planning.
