Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Five (5) years of progressive sales or account management experience.
- Experience within the consumer products industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and manage complex business relationships.
- Ability to travel regularly (domestic and/or international).
- Ability to manage multiple competing demands.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales strategy for assigned national retailers and distribution channels.
- Establish and manage business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify new product introduction opportunities and grow channel penetration.
- Prepare strategic plans and evaluate sales performance.
- Provide market feedback to influence product development and pricing.
- Manage price quote processes and sales administration.
- Support demand planning and participate in S&OP meetings.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and customer events.
- Assist with business unit budget planning.
