Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, demand generation, or B2B go-to-market.
- Experience marketing transportation, travel, mobility, workplace, benefits/HR, or sustainability solutions.
- Proven track record of turning events into measurable business outcomes.
- Understanding of how benefits, workplace, and HR leaders evaluate and buy services.
- Strong organizational and operational skills.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of events, from strategy to on-site execution.
- Excellent communication skills for in-person, email, decks, and executive materials.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable traveling regularly and working across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the field marketing strategy for Lime for Business across priority markets.
- Plan and execute high-impact in-person and hybrid programs, including trade shows, hosted events, and customer showcases.
- Create a repeatable event-led lead generation motion connecting targeting, engagement, and follow-up.
- Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and 'right to win' event opportunities.
- Develop messaging, event concepts, and speaker materials for diverse stakeholder personas.
- Own the speaking and thought leadership pipeline for the business.
- Lead employer-facing activation programs to drive program adoption.
- Serve as the advance team for in-market activations, managing logistics, vendors, and execution.
- Define success metrics and maintain operational rigor across attribution and pipeline influence.
- Maintain CRM and campaign hygiene for accurate reporting.
