Requirements
- Experience running B2B field marketing programs or event portfolios with both large-scale and grassroots activations.
- Strong event marketing background with creative instincts in audience segmentation and campaign mechanics.
- Experience managing fabrication, booth design, or brand experience at events.
- Ability to brief designers and hold vendors to a high standard.
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, distributed team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in the UK or Europe.
- Comfortable with occasional travel across Europe, and to the US & Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Lead event marketing strategy and execution — audience targeting, multi-channel campaigns (email, social, partnerships, content), registration drives, and post-event follow-up.
- Serve as the single point of contact for Ahrefs Evolve confirmed speakers.
- Own creative direction for Evolve, our global annual conference — including fabrication, booth design, and overall brand experience.
- Manage sponsorship booth design and creative for European field events and regional activations.
- Lead swag creative direction: concept, design standards, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Events and Global Partnerships & Revenue Manager on Evolve strategy and sponsorship activation planning.
- Manage timelines and creative vendor relationships across multiple concurrent projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional communities, partners, and event venues across Europe.
- Provide cross-regional creative support for select events in Singapore and the US.
- Track and report on event performance — attendance, engagement, brand impact, and ROI.
