Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B and/or technology sectors.
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
- Native-level Spanish and fluent English required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Shift4’s marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal in alignment with the European strategy.
- Localize and execute regional digital and lead generation campaigns to resonate with the Spanish audience
- Adapt Shift4 branding, messaging, and content to local market requirements and ensure brand consistency across all Southern Europe touchpoints
- Create blog content, email marketing, and social media copy targeted for Southern European audiences
- Support event marketing, including trade shows and partner events
- Manage PR activities and agency relationships
- Partner with the Southern European Commercial Teams to align on priorities and targets
- Establish strong alignment with Product Marketing to ensure timely, accurate communication of product features, updates, and launches to the market.
- Support Iberian resellers with access to localized sales materials and tools
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
- Manage Southern European marketing budget, track KPIs, and optimize marketing activities for ROI
