  • Proven experience in B2B technology, preferably security, cloud, or developer tools
  • Experience executing regional marketing programs across Nordic and/or Benelux markets
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security landscape
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing metrics and attribution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel 20-25% across the region

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated quarterly marketing plans aligned to Nordic & Benelux pipeline and revenue targets
  • Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts and key market segments
  • Deliver a mix of field marketing programs including executive roundtables, hosted events, and industry conferences
  • Localise and amplify global campaigns for security and DevOps audiences
  • Partner with Sales to identify and activate strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create and execute joint campaigns
  • Track and analyse pipeline contribution and ROI metrics
