- Proven experience in B2B technology, preferably security, cloud, or developer tools
- Experience executing regional marketing programs across Nordic and/or Benelux markets
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security landscape
- Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing metrics and attribution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel 20-25% across the region
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated quarterly marketing plans aligned to Nordic & Benelux pipeline and revenue targets
- Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts and key market segments
- Deliver a mix of field marketing programs including executive roundtables, hosted events, and industry conferences
- Localise and amplify global campaigns for security and DevOps audiences
- Partner with Sales to identify and activate strategic accounts
- Collaborate with partners to co-create and execute joint campaigns
- Track and analyse pipeline contribution and ROI metrics
