Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on event marketing, field marketing, or program management.
  • Experience within B2B SaaS, GIS, mapping technology, or location intelligence environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing both virtual webinars and in-person events, including trade shows or customer conferences.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into engaging marketing messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs, reporting results, and using data to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with a strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid, cross-border environment across Western Europe.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in coordinating external partners and internal teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in German or French is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive regional event and webinar calendar across Western Europe, including in-person events, partner roadshows, and virtual sessions.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, platform setup, and performance tracking.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task lists to ensure seamless delivery of all marketing programs and events.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for regional partners, supporting co-marketing initiatives and joint event execution.
  • Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure proper tracking, scoring, and follow-up of event-generated leads and attendees.
  • Create compelling copy for landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and webinar promotional materials.
  • Adapt global messaging to local Western European audiences within the B2B SaaS and location intelligence space.
  • Lead regional email marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, A/B testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate event performance and improve future campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with customers, prospects, and VIP attendees before, during, and after events.
