Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR 4-7+ years of programming and/or database experience
- Certifications such as: programming bootcamps, cloud infrastructure or networking and 2-4 years of experience in these areas
- Experience with Ignition and familiarity with Ignition modules and architectures
- Ability to provide a basic technical demonstration
Responsibilities
- Providing end-users, integrators, and customers technical demonstrations and web demos
- Hosting Lunch and Learns for Integrators
- Assisting customers with questionnaires of RFPs
- Providing solution support to end-users, integrators, and customers
- Attending various conferences and tradeshows
- Assisting with Ignition Benchmark Testing
- Building Ignition Exchange resources
- Directly managing enterprise contract customers
- Aiding in the support and training of distributors
