Engineering at Dispel

As an engineer at Dispel, you will build secure, private network infrastructure for critical industries. You will tackle complex challenges at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, networking, and secure systems. Our platform requires reliable, auditable, and secure access to sensitive industrial control systems, demanding deep contextual understanding. We utilize coding agents like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to enhance our workflow. You'll contribute to the architectural direction, scalability, reliability, and operational maturity of systems that span application, infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments, with a strong focus on security and compliance.
