Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building scalable, full-stack web applications
- Track record of owning complex features end-to-end
- Experience mentoring and leveling up other engineers
- Proficiency in deploying/managing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with modern, strongly-typed languages
- Experience with component-based frontend libraries
- Commitment to clean, testable, and maintainable code
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and launch complex features and systems
- Work directly with the Head of Technology and product team
- Own complex features end-to-end
- Identify and solve architectural bottlenecks
- Mentor and level up other engineers
- Conduct code reviews and lead design discussions
- Maintain commitment to exceptional user experience
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
