Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact during a customer's onboarding journey for Shopmonkey's built-in marketing tools (Shopmonkey CRM)
- Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Success teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
- Deliver top-tier customer service and support, focused on understanding automotive repair shop marketing needs
- Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments
- Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business
- Learn all about the Shopmonkey product suite and the automotive industry
