Requirements
- 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
- Experience within a high-growth Fintech, Insurtech, or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record managing Technology/SaaS and Third-Party Data spend categories.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and spend analysis tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the selection process for new vendors across all business units.
- Act as the lead negotiator for complex, high-value contracts.
- Manage the health of existing relationships through regular performance reviews.
- Proactively manage the renewal calendar and identify opportunities to consolidate spend.
- Design and implement a streamlined procurement workflow.
- Partner with Legal and Security to ensure vendor compliance with data privacy and security protocols.
