Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in implementations, onboarding, partner success, or program management.
- Experience managing complex partner or customer implementations.
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to scope requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise customers or employer partners.
- Experience in HR tech, fintech, education, or benefits platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Clasp programs from signed partnership through launch.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Serve as the internal quarterback coordinating cross-functional teams across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
- Guide employer partners through onboarding, training, and activation.
- Lead discovery conversations to translate partner needs into scalable implementation approaches.
- Establish and manage implementation operating cadence and progress reporting.
- Identify risks and resolve blockers to keep implementations on track.
- Improve and scale implementation processes and playbooks.
