Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management for enterprise-wide SaaS implementations.
- 5+ years professional experience at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
- 5+ years working cross-functionally with multiple teams to manage end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Certification in Epic modules such as IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, or Ambulatory.
- Deep domain knowledge in Inpatient metrics, processes, and healthcare operations.
- Proficiency with data validation dashboards, SQL, and complex Excel functions.
- Ability to travel up to 25%-50%.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the timeline for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments.
- Collaborate with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists.
- Manage the full deployment lifecycle from internal project kickoff to go-live.
- Build and manage relationships at multiple levels of client organizations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, driving any issues to resolution.
- Create structured approaches to close process gaps.
- Lead complex engagements with matrixed teams.
