Responsibilities
- Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices for providing 5-star guest experiences.
- Build a strong and strategic relationship with the owner and Evolve.
- Respond to homeowners’ inquiries, requests, and needs via phone, email, and text.
- Onboard and manage a pipeline of new owner partners from signing through activation.
- Utilize internal dashboards and market-specific data to set performance expectations.
- Make independent and critical business decisions regarding profitability, ROI, or partnership readiness.
- Collect property details to ensure brand standards are met.
- Research and recommend solutions to varied property or partner scenarios.
- Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Measure and meet predefined performance objectives.
