Responsibilities

  • Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices for providing 5-star guest experiences.
  • Build a strong and strategic relationship with the owner and Evolve.
  • Respond to homeowners’ inquiries, requests, and needs via phone, email, and text.
  • Onboard and manage a pipeline of new owner partners from signing through activation.
  • Utilize internal dashboards and market-specific data to set performance expectations.
  • Make independent and critical business decisions regarding profitability, ROI, or partnership readiness.
  • Collect property details to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Research and recommend solutions to varied property or partner scenarios.
  • Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Measure and meet predefined performance objectives.
