6+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, or program management, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-location implementations (50+ concurrent projects / 500+ sites).
Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams while driving measurable outcomes.
Executive presence with comfort engaging VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
Skilled in project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset for risk management and process improvement.
Experience with Toast’s MLM suite or similar enterprise level menu management tools.

Lead the Customer Onboarding Journey: Leverage product knowledge and project management skills to partner with restaurant owners to build scalable onboarding plans.
Demonstrate Autonomy & Extreme Ownership: Operate with high autonomy to solve problems and deliver under pressure.
Own Implementation Success: Manage a complex portfolio of projects across market segments and maintain meticulous documentation.
Exhibit Executive Presence: Influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels with clarity and professionalism.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster collaborative relationships across teams to ensure accountability.
Manage Risk & Drive Solutions: Mitigate challenges through critical thinking and creativity.
