Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of work experience in voluntary benefits insurance or brokerage
- Proven track record closing opportunities with large clients
- Experience in account management for core benefit offerings
- Life, Health & Accident licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Consult with sales teams and clients on the value of Businessolver's Agency offerings.
- Manage Broker of Record (BOR) and Point Solution sales opportunities.
- Engage with carriers to identify growth opportunities and optimize commissions.
- Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and consultants for complex enterprise accounts.
- Analyze voluntary benefit market trends and funding strategy options.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
