Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outbound prospecting.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales or lead-generation targets.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling approaches.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Copilot.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload) for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Build a robust pipeline of SME sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Source and qualify new business opportunities among U.S.-based multinational employers.
- Partner with broker partners to manage and advance SME opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop SME growth strategies.
- Assume ownership of all SME quotations and the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Cigna Global Health Benefits solutions.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and lead qualification data in Salesforce.
- Facilitate pipeline review discussions with sales leadership.
