Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer engagement, or related commercial roles
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, pipeline management, and consultative selling techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office or similar sales productivity tools
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and target-driven performance mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new products, systems, and market dynamics
- Collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Manage the full inside sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold outreach, email campaigns, social selling, and networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored product or service solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations via phone or video
- Maintain and update CRM systems (including Salesforce)
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support upselling and revenue growth
- Provide post-sales support and occasional customer service assistance
