Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer engagement, or related commercial roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, pipeline management, and consultative selling techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office or similar sales productivity tools
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and target-driven performance mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new products, systems, and market dynamics
  • Collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full inside sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
  • Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold outreach, email campaigns, social selling, and networking
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored product or service solutions
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultations via phone or video
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (including Salesforce)
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support upselling and revenue growth
  • Provide post-sales support and occasional customer service assistance
