- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).
- Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise demand generation.
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets with proven pipeline impact.
- Analytical fluency in performance metrics, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
- Experience running global campaigns with localization.
- Ability to translate data into compelling executive-level narratives.
Responsibilities
- Architect and define global paid media strategy.
- Drive enterprise and mid-market pipeline growth through LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Govern multi-million dollar media budget to maximize ROI.
- Shift core KPIs from lead volume to measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Lead ongoing testing strategies including creative, messaging, audience, and bidding.
- Manage and mentor paid media team members.
- Establish operational rigor and best practices for the function.
- Provide actionable, data-driven narratives to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams for global localization.
