  • Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise demand generation.
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets with proven pipeline impact.
  • Analytical fluency in performance metrics, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience running global campaigns with localization.
  • Ability to translate data into compelling executive-level narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and define global paid media strategy.
  • Drive enterprise and mid-market pipeline growth through LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Govern multi-million dollar media budget to maximize ROI.
  • Shift core KPIs from lead volume to measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead ongoing testing strategies including creative, messaging, audience, and bidding.
  • Manage and mentor paid media team members.
  • Establish operational rigor and best practices for the function.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven narratives to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams for global localization.
