- Experience leading and supervising teams of 5+ individual contributors.

- Expert communication skills interacting with VP and CxO level stakeholders.
- Ability to independently problem-solve and navigate ambiguous situations.
- Optimism for the potential of Agentic AI.
Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of UiPath product and services implementation.
- Define repeatable, scalable Professional Services offerings.
- Partner with sales, product, and success teams to drive services sales.
- Lead design of services packages and marketing materials.
- Define best practices and SOPs for various contract types.
- Support partner-led Professional Services delivery.
- Lead and develop a team of GTM Managers and support staff.
