Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes government or large-scale program implementations.
- Experience in workforce development, government technology, or highly regulated, compliance-heavy industries.
- Strong capacity and resourcing management skills, including staffing plans and utilization.
- Ability to switch contexts rapidly between high-stakes state programs and small-scale implementations.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and building trust through direct, candid communication.
- Demonstrated history of hiring, coaching, and growing leaders.
- Action-oriented mindset with the ability to own outcomes and drive momentum.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of large-scale state implementations to ensure quality, scope, and schedule.
- Manage a varied portfolio including non-profits, municipalities, and workforce boards.
- Build and scale delivery teams through efficient hiring and onboarding processes.
- Develop player-coaches and secondary leadership layers within the organization.
- Partner with CTO and Product leadership to align platform development with implementation needs.
- Forecast resource capacity and manage staffing against a growing pipeline.
- Coordinate with PMO, sales, and executive teams to balance business needs.
