Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B, B2B2C, or healthcare marketing, consulting, or client services
- High degree of comfort working in ambiguity and influencing without authority
- Proven ability to design and execute engagement campaigns that drive measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated experience serving as a strategic influencer to complex stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of employer-sponsored benefits and the role health plans play
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with client success to design and execute employer and member-facing enrollment and engagement strategies
- Consult with employer clients to tailor marketing approaches to maximize relevance and adoption
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and launch campaigns
- Design and optimize member lifecycle programs from activation through long-term engagement
- Translate health plan brand and regulatory requirements into client-facing marketing assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Employer Success, Product Marketing, and Creative teams
- Analyze enrollment and engagement performance data to recommend improvements
- Act as a subject-matter expert on payer-sponsored benefit models
