  • Ability to make actionable recommendations and build consensus with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and virtual teaming skills.
  • Strong consultative customer service and project management style.
  • Proven track record achieving or exceeding quota targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans for territory development.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy.
  • Lead broad virtual teams consisting of Solutions Specialists, Success Resources, and Marketing.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
  • Create sales presentations, positioning statements, and collateral.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with client leadership.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue.
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue and booking quotas.
