- 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role within Enterprise software sales.
- Ability to make actionable recommendations and build consensus with senior-level stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles.
- Strong communication and virtual teaming skills.
- Strong consultative customer service and project management style.
- Proven track record achieving or exceeding quota targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans for territory development.
- Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy.
- Lead broad virtual teams consisting of Solutions Specialists, Success Resources, and Marketing.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
- Create sales presentations, positioning statements, and collateral.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with client leadership.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue.
- Achieve or exceed annual revenue and booking quotas.
