Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce coordination, operations, or project management.
- Familiarity with Shopify.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent product launches.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Proactive and vocal communication style.
- English fluency.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack).
Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify backend tasks for TVP production clients including product creation, collection creation, discount setup, pre-sale configuration, and shipping settings.
- Serve as the operational bridge between TVP's production/account management team and the Total Commerce e-commerce team.
- Maintain and manage pre-launch checklists.
- Monitor and manage pre-sale launches end-to-end to prevent overselling or fulfillment errors.
- Track and organize product details including SKUs, shipping weights, variants, and specifications.
- Attend daily production and account team meetings.
- Coordinate last-minute product updates and ensure Shopify listings reflect current information.
- Proactively flag and escalate operational risks.
- Create and maintain SOPs for recurring e-commerce workflows.
