Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Client Success and Sales teams to manage expectations
  • Attend internal and post-sale client calls
  • Prepare decks for post-sale client calls and QBRs
  • Gather materials for campaign launches and prepare regular reports
  • Monitor campaign pacing and escalate concerns
  • Support product and answer client questions across internal teams
  • Provide recommendations and optimizations for campaigns
  • Identify client, category, and product trends
  • Analyze data to manage client accounts effectively
  • Help establish processes to increase efficiency
