- Detail-oriented with experience in lead accuracy review
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Reliable personal computer and internet connection with backup
- Agile and adaptable to fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Success and Sales teams to manage expectations
- Attend internal and post-sale client calls
- Prepare decks for post-sale client calls and QBRs
- Gather materials for campaign launches and prepare regular reports
- Monitor campaign pacing and escalate concerns
- Support product and answer client questions across internal teams
- Provide recommendations and optimizations for campaigns
- Identify client, category, and product trends
- Analyze data to manage client accounts effectively
- Help establish processes to increase efficiency
