Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution or equivalent experience
- Experience with Slack, email, and Zoom
- Skilled in time management and multi-tasking
- Experience tracking client goals and KPIs
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with ability to review leads for targeting accuracy
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Must have a working laptop/pc and internet with a backup connection
- Agile and adaptable to changing strategies
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Client Success Team Members and Sales counterparts to manage expectations
- Join internal and post-sale client calls
- Prepare decks for post-sale client calls and QBRs
- Gather materials for campaign launches
- Prepare regular client campaign reports
- Monitor pacing and escalate concerns
- Support product and answer client questions across internal teams
- Respond to client feedback and provide optimization recommendations
- Identify client, category, and product trends
- Utilize internal tools to analyze data and manage accounts
