Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Slack, email, and Zoom
  • Skilled in time management and multi-tasking
  • Experience tracking client goals and KPIs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with ability to review leads for targeting accuracy
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet with a backup connection
  • Agile and adaptable to changing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Client Success Team Members and Sales counterparts to manage expectations
  • Join internal and post-sale client calls
  • Prepare decks for post-sale client calls and QBRs
  • Gather materials for campaign launches
  • Prepare regular client campaign reports
  • Monitor pacing and escalate concerns
  • Support product and answer client questions across internal teams
  • Respond to client feedback and provide optimization recommendations
  • Identify client, category, and product trends
  • Utilize internal tools to analyze data and manage accounts
