Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of closing deals £50K+
- Strong understanding of technical buying processes
- Comfort selling to engineers, architects, and CTOs
- CRM-native (Salesforce or similar)
- Experience working with early SDRs and marketing to shape pipeline-gen strategy
- Independent sourcing pipeline in an early-stage or hunter-style role
- Skilled in cold outreach and developing multi-threaded relationships
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo, Koala, or Clay
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently exceed sales targets
- Demonstrate ownership of your pipeline and take risks
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers with an emphasis on strategic enterprise deals
- Close one or more customers per month
- Independently navigate the full sales cycle
- Drive predictable growth and revenue acceleration
- Contribute to early GTM playbook experimentation
- Inspire confidence with technical buyers
- Help shape the sales process and culture
