Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Experience owning a geographical territory or country within EMEA
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Experience upselling & cross-selling
- Solid skills in prospecting, pipeline building, account planning, and value-based selling
- Strong business acumen and solution selling capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a designated geographical region or country within EMEA
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, and cold calling
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Drive new business growth and maintain high outbound activity
- Identify and close upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Build collaborative relationships with BDR, Solutions, and Customer Success teams
- Present to decision makers and create mutual action plans
