Requirements
- 8+ years of MSP Partner Management in South Europe.
- Experience developing business plans and service offerings with MSPs.
- Understand RMM/PSA platforms and integrating commercial models.
- Strategic, long-term thinking with business leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and performance metrics.
- Experience building and fostering C-level relationships.
- Proven record in Partner Driven Net New and Customer New business sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships at all levels across the partner to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Gain detailed understanding of partner business and investment areas to drive incremental opportunities.
- Turn detailed data analysis into strategic insights for customer adoption.
- Enable partners to take full advantage of Sophos portfolio for improved security.
- Support partners to qualify and close complex customer deals.
- Own and manage frequent joint business reviews and planning with defined KPIs.
- Collaborate on marketing plans and campaigns to drive incremental pipeline.
- Coordinate Sophos internal staff to meet partner performance objectives.
- Drive high renewal rates by aligning Sophos and partner teams.
- Motivate and ensure partner sales and technical staff are go-to-market ready.
