- Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions, including technical and business roles
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load
- Data-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a globally distributed environment
- Strong usage of AI tools
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS
Responsibilities
- Partner with key leaders to conduct full cycle recruiting inclusive of job posting, sourcing, assessments, screening, and hiring the best top talent available
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team and senior leaders in setting short- and long-term recruiting strategies
- Host and attend recruitment and hiring events
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop competitive offers
- Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool
