- Deep experience hiring for GTM functions in a high-growth environment
- Strong hiring judgment and comfort making trade-offs across urgency, quality, and candidate experience
- Confidence advising senior leaders on calibration, expectations, and hiring decisions
- Strong working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting systems and standards
- Ability to use data to tell a clear story, guide prioritization, and drive improvements
- Proficiency with Greenhouse and GoodTime, with a focus on clean process execution and accurate data
- A collaborative, people-first leadership style with a commitment to consistent, equitable hiring outcomes
Responsibilities
- Translate GTM hiring priorities into role-level strategies, calibrated pipelines, and clear delivery plans
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 to 8 full-cycle recruiters, setting expectations, creating strong operating rhythms, and driving accountability
- Advise hiring managers on role calibration, evaluation standards, and trade-offs
- Interpret market and pipeline signals to anticipate hiring challenges
- Own consistency and quality across your hiring portfolio, identifying patterns that may introduce bias
- Use recruiting dashboards and team metrics to monitor pipeline health, throughput, and time-to-fill
- Strengthen core recruiting systems and process adherence across intake, interview structure, and offer workflows
- Partner cross-functionally to align hiring plans to headcount needs
