- Proven success managing ad budgets of $40k+/month.
- Expertise in creative strategy and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of MER, CLTV, nCPA, and critical business metrics.
- Strong communication skills with a client-centered mindset.
- Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and present data-driven strategies for client growth goals.
- Guide cross-channel paid marketing strategy (Social & Search).
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategist for high-converting content.
- Execute budget allocation strategies to maximize profitability.
- Act as a primary client advisor.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional pod team.
- Contribute to internal best practices and playbooks.
- Manage project execution and quality control.
