Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, eCommerce, or marketing
  • Understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including advertising, retail, and knowledge of Amazon’s tools
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity while maintaining accountability
  • Ability to multitask across priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Lead client accounts and work with the media and content leads to ensure that all client accounts are managed effectively and strategically
  • Develop and lead strategic presentations and business reviews for the client
  • Build client trust by educating them on how to be successful in all aspects of Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Create a roadmap for new work streams and manage various projects
  • Partner with sophisticated clients to drive marketplace strategies and growth initiatives
  • Own all client meetings, presentations, and documents
  • Lead communications and manage client expectations and priorities as needed
