Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, eCommerce, or marketing
- Understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including advertising, retail, and knowledge of Amazon’s tools
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
- Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent project management abilities
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity while maintaining accountability
- Ability to multitask across priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Lead client accounts and work with the media and content leads to ensure that all client accounts are managed effectively and strategically
- Develop and lead strategic presentations and business reviews for the client
- Build client trust by educating them on how to be successful in all aspects of Amazon and other marketplaces
- Create a roadmap for new work streams and manage various projects
- Partner with sophisticated clients to drive marketplace strategies and growth initiatives
- Own all client meetings, presentations, and documents
- Lead communications and manage client expectations and priorities as needed
