Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience managing large corporate client relationships.
- Ideally 2 years experience within an EAP or mental health services setting.
- Qualification or background in Psychology or Mental Health.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proactive and autonomous work style.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule for client support.
Responsibilities
- Manage local relationships and act as the primary contact for global and corporate clients in Australia.
- Respond to client needs and crises to ensure immediate local support.
- Collaborate with Global and Local Account Consultants on program launches and service delivery.
- Identify and manage local account risks to convert into strategic opportunities.
- Advise customers on service promotion and interventions based on the Australian mental health landscape.
