Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing mobile acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, or Google App Campaigns
- Ability to think beyond installs and optimize for full-funnel metrics like activation, retention, LTV, and revenue
- Comfortable working within mobile attribution constraints (SKAN, MMPs) and making decisions with imperfect data
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new channels or programs from scratch
- Collaborate effectively with creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams to drive growth
- Take ownership and move quickly, balancing experimentation with execution
- Communicate clearly and can translate performance into business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute mobile growth strategies across key acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and emerging platforms)
- Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking end-to-end
- Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native ad creative (static, video, UGC)
- Design and run experiments to improve install rate, activation, retention, and monetization
- Work with product and lifecycle teams to optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and downstream engagement
- Build and leverage attribution frameworks (SKAN, MMPs) to measure true performance and guide decision-making
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on CPI, CAC, LTV, payback period, and retention metrics
- Identify and scale high-performing channels while quickly cutting underperforming ones
