- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex market and financial data.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with experience driving alignment at senior levels.
- Ability to balance long-term strategy development with short-term operational execution.
- Deep understanding of insurance market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and regulatory considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated state and regional strategies to achieve profit and growth targets for personal auto lines.
- Oversee product, pricing, and risk management decisions and ensure timely implementation across assigned markets.
- Conduct advanced market, competitor, and performance analyses to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction.
- Develop business cases and present recommendations that influence senior leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Claims, Distribution, Legal, and Marketing to align strategies and execution.
- Contribute to countrywide strategic initiatives while adapting approaches to state-level requirements and market conditions.
- Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of direct reports and go-to-market teams.
