  • Hands-on experience with paid media and growth tools.
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and user psychology.
  • Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand goals.
  • Strong judgment in a regulated and sensitive environment.
  • Ability to operate with constraints and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Identify drop-offs and optimize conversion at every stage.
  • Build and refine AU-specific growth playbooks.
  • Manage and optimize paid media, affiliate, and referral channels.
  • Design campaigns aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Develop localized messaging that builds trust and credibility.
  • Monitor key growth metrics like CAC, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Run structured experiments and funnel optimizations.
  • Collaborate with product, PR, brand, and community teams.
  • Provide local market intelligence on user behavior and competitive landscape.
