- Proven ability to manage full-funnel growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data, dashboards, and attribution.
- Hands-on experience with paid media and growth tools.
- Understanding of conversion optimization and user psychology.
- Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand goals.
- Strong judgment in a regulated and sensitive environment.
- Ability to operate with constraints and ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Identify drop-offs and optimize conversion at every stage.
- Build and refine AU-specific growth playbooks.
- Manage and optimize paid media, affiliate, and referral channels.
- Design campaigns aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Develop localized messaging that builds trust and credibility.
- Monitor key growth metrics like CAC, conversion rates, and retention.
- Run structured experiments and funnel optimizations.
- Collaborate with product, PR, brand, and community teams.
- Provide local market intelligence on user behavior and competitive landscape.
