  • Comfortable learning case management and lead tracking software

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
  • Listen with empathy while gathering detailed information about accidents, injuries, insurance coverage, and liability
  • Evaluate and document potential claims accurately in case management and lead tracking systems
  • Schedule consultations and maintain organized attorney calendars
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, including intake forms, documentation requests, and case setup
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure a smooth and responsive experience
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with firm policies and legal standards
