Requirements
- 5+ years experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an agency, in-house, or studio environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of both traditional and AI-assisted projects.
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Veo3.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Figma experience is a plus.
- Strong retouching skills.
- Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards and mobile-first best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Optimistic, adaptable mindset regarding GenAI in creative industries.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social.
- Design, layout, animate and refine digital marketing assets, e-commerce content, and social-first visuals using GenAI tools.
- Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using the Pencil platform.
- Manage client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image/video generation, and final creative assembly.
- Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts across web, mobile, and social platforms.
- Implement brand guidelines and ensure visual quality and cohesion throughout projects.
- Present work to internal teams and explain GenAI contributions to ideation or execution.
- Research and experiment with new GenAI tools to improve production workflows.
