Job Details

7+ years of experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency or design studio.
Portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of traditional and AI-assisted projects.
Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo3.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
Strong retouching skills.
Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards.
Ability to manage projects efficiently from brief to delivery.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Optimistic, adaptable mindset regarding GenAI.

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social.
Design, layout, animate and refine digital marketing assets (static, animated, and video formats), e-commerce content, and social-first visuals.
Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display using the Pencil platform.
Take client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & video generation and final creative assembly using different GenAI models.
Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts, ensuring best practices for web, mobile, and social distribution.
Implement brand guidelines, ensuring visual quality and cohesion.
Respond to feedback using GenAI capabilities to iterate and improve designs.
Present work to internal teams, explaining how GenAI contributed to execution.
Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output.
Research and experiment with new GenAI tools.
