Requirements
- Several years of professional graphic design experience
- Experience creating marketing assets across multiple digital channels
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, professional design work
- Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs
- Advanced proficiency with graphic design tools and creative software
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual assets across multiple brands and marketing channels
- Design YouTube thumbnails, podcast graphics, and video cover images
- Create event graphics for webinars, launches, workshops, and live sessions
- Design social media carousels for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
- Develop logos, brand marks, and visual identity assets
- Produce graphics for full marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Support visual updates and design adjustments for landing pages as needed
- Maintain consistency across multiple brands simultaneously
- Follow established brand guidelines
- Support the ongoing development and documentation of creative processes and SOPs
