Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on cold calling and lead generation experience
  • Willingness and comfort performing high-volume outbound calls daily
  • Proven ability to qualify leads through natural, non-scripted conversation
  • Strong English communication skills
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., REI Sift, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to update systems in real-time and maintain data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and hit activity targets
  • Must have stable internet and a quiet calling environment

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads daily through outbound calls, SMS, and data sources
  • Verify contact details and coordinate with skip tracers
  • Qualify leads through real conversations to determine intent and timeline
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls and handle objections
  • Manage SMS campaigns and respond quickly to engaged leads
  • Update CRM in real-time, including tagging and categorizing leads
  • Maintain structured follow-up sequences for cold or unresponsive leads
  • Track and report daily metrics including dials, connections, and lead quality
  • Communicate campaign progress and issues clearly to clients
