Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in project coordination, construction ops, or field-based execution roles
- Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
- Experience using CRM systems for real-time operational tracking
- Ability to resolve issues independently before escalation
- Strong comfort communicating under pressure
- Must be proactive and comfortable operating across unclear systems
Responsibilities
- Actively manage projects across ~10 lifecycle stages from initiation to closeout
- Update CRM immediately when projects move or stall
- Coordinate directly with field crews, internal teams, and clients
- Translate field issues and facilitate resolution
- Maintain communication flow via Slack, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Handle client inquiries and translate technical updates
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks
- Use AI tools for project estimating
- Confirm project completion and trigger invoicing handoff
