Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer.
- Qualification to practice law within an EU member state.
- Strong experience handling complex commercial transactions.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Proficiency in an additional European language is valued.
- Experience with ground lease aggregation, renewable energy, wireless telecom, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
