Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or commercial functions within a startup, scaleup, or fast-moving environment
- Hypothesis-first thinker with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage uncertainty
- Demonstrated experience shipping at least one automation tool such as Notion, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or custom scripts
- AI fluent with experience using tools like Claude or ChatGPT
- Fluent in English
- Quantitatively confident with spreadsheet modeling and analysis
- Experience with SQL, Python, or no-code tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Run operational and analytical work across Insurance, Extended Warranty, Repair, and Trade-In
- Develop pricing scenarios, margin analysis, partner reviews, and dashboards
- Identify manual work and implement automations
- Drive cross-functional projects aligning Finance, Legal, Product, and Analytics
- Support partner negotiations with insurance carriers, repair networks, and trade-in partners
- Apply prioritization frameworks like RICE or Impact vs Effort to sequence initiatives
