Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience
- Strong proficiency in DAX
- Experience with time intelligence, rolling metrics, and dynamic filtering
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Tableau development or migration (plus)
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, SQL Server, or Synapse (plus)
- Experience with ETL tools like ADF, Databricks, or Alteryx (plus)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end migration of Tableau dashboards and reports into Power BI
- Analyze existing Tableau environments and document reports and data sources
- Build and optimize Power BI semantic models for scalable reporting
- Develop advanced DAX measures for complex calculations
- Design and deliver high-performance, user-friendly dashboards
- Collaborate with data engineering teams on data pipelines
- Conduct training sessions for business users
- Document migration decisions and data models
- Advise on Power BI governance and best practices
