Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in BI development, database development, or data analytics
- Strong expertise in SQL (including window functions and CTEs)
- Data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- ETL processes and tools
- Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with modern BI ecosystems, including data lakes and dimensional modeling
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI dashboards and reports
- Design and develop scalable data models, ERDs, and data flow diagrams
- Build and maintain data marts to enable advanced analytics
- Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Apply predictive modeling and statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast outcomes
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance analytics workflows and reporting capabilities
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across systems
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide effective technical solutions
- Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management and master data management (MDM)
