Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience
- Proficiency in DAX
- Understanding of data modeling concepts (facts, dimensions, grain, relationships)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end migration of Tableau workbooks and dashboards to Power BI
- Assess existing Tableau environments to document report inventory and data connections
- Build and optimize Power BI semantic models
- Develop DAX measures including time intelligence and rolling averages
- Design and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure performant data pipelines
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions
- Document migration decisions and logic
- Advise clients on Power BI governance and best practices
