Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in account management or client services
  • Experience within workers’ compensation, auto, or liability sectors
  • Experience working with TPAs, insurance carriers, and complex multi-state accounts
  • Strong understanding of workers’ compensation claims processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts
  • Relationship-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned national accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with claims leadership and key stakeholders
  • Drive referral and revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead stewardship meetings, quarterly business reviews, and performance check-ins
  • Act as the primary contact for client concerns, service issues, and escalations
  • Ensure client-specific requirements are communicated and executed internally
  • Track and analyze key metrics, including turnaround times and report quality
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and QA teams to maintain service consistency
