Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in account management or client services
- Experience within workers’ compensation, auto, or liability sectors
- Experience working with TPAs, insurance carriers, and complex multi-state accounts
- Strong understanding of workers’ compensation claims processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts
- Relationship-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned national accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with claims leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive referral and revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead stewardship meetings, quarterly business reviews, and performance check-ins
- Act as the primary contact for client concerns, service issues, and escalations
- Ensure client-specific requirements are communicated and executed internally
- Track and analyze key metrics, including turnaround times and report quality
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and QA teams to maintain service consistency
