Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping production systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows or comparable systems.
- Ability to think in systems: define specs clearly, break down plans, instrument verification, and close the loop on quality.
- Proficiency with Postgres or similar databases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab, Github, or Jenkins.
- Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
- Experience with Elixir and Phoenix is required based on the tech stack description.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of major team-scoped projects and participate in cross-team initiatives.
- Provide technical insights and expertise to suggest product improvements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the team’s domain.
- Provide feedback on code reviews and contribute to the shared codebase.
- Debug and solve technical and business issues.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers.
- Redesign engineering work using autonomous agents.
- Propose and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end to deliver outcomes faster.
- Build reusable agentic workflows and primitives in the codebase.
- Use verification loops to ensure code is correct, secure, and scalable.
